Option for UA Disk to not spin down

I have a UA Disk and it is mounted but i find it going spinning down; am i missing something to allow it to stay up?

Also for testing; once spun up, is there an option to spin it down?

There is no spin up/down control in UD. UD will set the disk to spindown after 20 minutes. There is no other control offered.
