Request: Add to dub registry for ease of use #120

it's pretty simple, I'll create a pull request with the appropriate changes if you want.

Dub has become pretty much the defacto D tool for packaging. It'd be pretty useful IMHO.

Hmm, I thought someone else already did it a few months ago? They also told me dub was becoming the go-to tool nowadays.

damn, I didn't see it in the repo so I just assumed it wasn't there.

It's in the Dub Repo
