SDLang logo #56

We've been requested to add an icon at vscode-icons to support SDLang file extensions. Looking around I couldn't find any official logo, so I created a simple conceptive one.

I'm submitting my creations to you in case you want to use them as well. Licensed under CC BY-SA

I would recommend better separation between D and L, now it looks like it reads "SPang"
