Update CI to use LDC v1.1.0 instead of v1.1.0-beta3 #26

The use of this beta seems an odd choice for CI, especially as the LDC version is quite old. This patch updates it to the final release of that minor LDC version.

As a remark: it might be a good idea for CI to cover a range of DMD and other compiler versions, so that we can determine what frontend versions are properly supported (and prevent regressions). I'll submit that change in a separate PR if it seems like a good idea (first I'd like to know if it's wanted and if so what range of compiler versions should be supported).

I was hoping to talk to you on IRC or Discord, but if you want to be the code maintainer, you're welcome to the role. There is a lot of work left to go to get this package up to scratch, so it would be great to have somebody take it on.

I'm on Dlang slack if you'd like to chat. No promises of taking on maintainer duties for now, but it would be good to touch base on what needs to be done.
