legacy.d, despite the name, is a good file. It contains an implementation of the current std.xml.
Regarding dom.d and dom2.d, I will remove the first and, in another commit, rename the second, so that Git does not mess up with file history.

You already have filed called lagacy and name(1,2). You should delete old stuff. That makes the navigation easier.
