fix issue #1: DUB support #39

Depends on https://github.com/economicmodeling/libddoc/issues/2

I'm going to wait at least for economicmodeling/libddoc#3 before merging, currently during testing I can only get:

Error executing command build: Root package harbored-mod contains reference to invalid package libddoc

(libddoc is not yet listed at code.dlang.org)

Ah, I thought not showing up on code.dlang.org meant its not registered, if it doesn't show up when it has no release that makes sense
