update dependencies #97

Since we keep the makefile now std-allocators must be added to the submodules

I'm not able to verify that this can be build with makd.

Right, I think we can actually remove everything in the makefile except pkg target, which just does:

make -f makd/Makd.mak pkg
   mkpkg pkg/hmod.pkg

Keeping dependencies in 2 places in parallel is definitely not a good situation!

I mean that i have "no rule for..." error when trying but i suppose you can update this yourself now.
