@s-ludwig : Could we get a new release with this ? DDOX on Ubuntu 22.04 (which is becoming latest on Github Actions) is broken.

LDC v1.17 failed on the OpenSSL script, so I upgraded it to v1.20 as it's 10 releases ago. Will need a change to branch protection though.
