Overload set links could show short description next to them

Ddox could list the short description next to the overload set links at the top:

• [Function count]() - Counts matches of needle in haystack
• [Function count]() - Counts all elements or elements satisfying a predicate in haystack

Functions where the first sentence is too long could be cut off e.g. after 120 characters.
