Feature Description A tool to be able to package assets. The packaging should be:

zlib or similar based
streamable (so web fetches can be used with it)
able to handle a wide range of assets - images, movies, audio, 3d models etc.
should use a virtual file system within script to access the data (this will be added to the libraries)

Usage The tool shall be standalone cli tool that can be called from rbuilder to package assets.
