at-table was not injected in your file #16

When running the front-end, I receive the following error despite the file being present and the path to the file in index.html being correct:

at-table was not injected in your file.
Please go take a look in "/govcode/front/bower_components/at-table" for the file you need, then manually include it in your file.

This error means the view fails to load the view of repos.

It is manually included, not really sure why we are getting this error.
