possible firefox issue #34

Head up looks like the govcode site has an issue with Firefox (using v33.1.1 on windows 7) works find in chrome; looking like a cross-domain issue blocking content from https://api.govcode.org/ based on console errors

Heard the above but haven't had a chance to verify.

@gbinal thanks for pointing it out. It was a weird issue with the https setup.
