More small UI improvements

Again, gathering a bunch of small UI improvements here because they don't each need their own issue, but should be tracked and not forgotten.

• [ ] Make it more obvious on various pages/templates how and where to view and edit both team and user details. This was something people said they struggled with on the feedback form.
• [ ] Add the ability to fullscreen a pdf on the puzzle page. Don't put too much effort into this one, it is just something I think would be nice
• [x] Attempt to serve the PDF files so that the puzzle name is in the PDF file for ease of referencing pdfs once downloaded.
• [x] Change the clunky links at the top right of the puzzle page to buttons.
• [x] Change the behavior the containers when the submission box goes away to make things less jarring
• [x] Properly color regex responses during the public hunt phase to be yellow to indicate neither wrong nor right.

I'm closing this one as pdfs have become less relevant and the first item is super vague.
