Make embedded HTML puzzles and HTML solutions the default #159

When editing puzzles, right now it's not clear what the difference between "Puzzle page displays a webpage" and "Puzzle is html embedded in the webpage" is.

In the future, we expect to use the latter, so making it the default will mitigate this problem.
