Attempting to access the site on firefox over HTTPS shows "Unable to connect" error -- looking at the network page in the diagnostic tools, this doesn't appear to show any traffic, and the connection is just blocked.
Attempting to access the site on firefox over HTTP only shows the "Apache2 Debian Default Page".
