Add minimum coverage level to --find-fonts feature of text2image #1132

The --find-fonts feature of text2image is useful, but it would be more useful 
to be able to specify what proportion of missing characters from the text you 
will tolerate, rather than skipping a font if just one character is missing.

There are plenty of times when the font is worth including, even if one or two 
characters from the text are missing.

This patch keeps the default to all characters, though, so nothing changes 
without users setting the new flag.
