Update to Climate entity and Require HA 0.110 #21

HA 0.110 was released this morning. I have updated the requirement to HA 0.110 so that users that did not update can stay on the older version and anyone that updates can use the new version with ClimateEntity

There's a better way, described by that blog post I showed you. I'll work on it this weekend.

Oh yeah, I forgot that you can keep compatibility for both..... just thought I would try to help...I will close
