Fix YAML Configuration #37

This change will load an existing entry from configuration.yaml so that users will not see errors when updating.

Yeah, I'll merge this and make a new release. Best not to break people's setups. In future maybe we can trim out the configuration.yaml legacy code entirely. Better to do that intentionally than just leave it broken.

My bad....didn't test yaml towards the end... Sorry....this is all new to me.
