"Configure" UI deficiencies #94

  1. The "prefer cache" setting is not changeable without removing and re-adding the integration.
  2. The modal nature of the dialog that results from pressing "Configure" is not the best user experience.

I (project owner) am unlikely to work on these issues, but patches are welcome.
