Standby status #2

Here's the standby method.

I'll merge this. But I'm curious: in what situation have you seen 'standby' be true? I've not seen it anything but false in my testing.

I actually see it pretty frequently. It seems to come about in HeatCool mode when one unit decides it wants heat but the compressor is currently running in cool (or vice versa).
