Set up the CI pipeline #1

Problem: For now the served website is just the static ReadMe file.

Goal: Serve the website using Github Pages, so that after each push to the main branch, the website is built and then served on https://dlaumer.github.io/bioindication/.

Additionally we could think about two websites, one for production and one for development.

Amazing, thanks @sorwat! Can you maybe quickly describe what you had to do to get it working? I see the commit changes but to be honest I still don't understand yml files.
