Build main html structure #2

Build the main structure of the app, like the header, footer, side panel and the map. Depends a lot on the design.

Make sure to make it responsive, meaning that it looks good on all screen sizes. See Flexbox

Follow the design at issue #20 and implement the main structure of the wireframe, without taking care of the colors/shapes/etc too much.
