Readme file changed to Markdown.
Added ArchOS commands to download the necessary libs

Sorry, but I think this is considerably less readable than the original -- at least when viewed in any text editor or viewer I commonly use. The only visual improvement I can see comes when it's fed through Github's markdown renderer.

I do think the addition of commands for Arch is useful though. If you wanted to submit that as a separate PR I'd be happy to merge it.
