Better handle arrays and check for substances' null properties #58

Closes #56

This implements checks for null substance properties before rendering their respective UI components. Additionally, in the case of iterations, a check is made for whether the value is an array.

It also introduces a iteration for Substance.toxicity instead of just returning the plain array.
