Configurable performance/speed tradeoff #31

Some of our images are book page scans. They are quite compressed already. They don't need to be super-high quality, speed is more important.

Some of our images are artworks and museum objects. They have been painstakingly photographed in high def. We'd like to squeeze as much quality as we can out of these images, even at the expense of speed.

For Wellcome born digital work, we will need to make JP2s out of incoming images (in any format). Do Wellcome want to have different settings? Or use same JP2 settings for every image?
