Moon Phase Calendar is off by a day sometimes #5

Today June 30th, 2024 the moon phase calendar still shows last quarter moon, when it is already waning crescent moon.

The formula is not exact, this is bound to happen from time to time. I have minimized any error as much as I could, this is my best effort.
