Below the outline are

1. Some text that will need to be integrated into the outline still there, will be parsed by section assignees. 2. A table of projects that were involved and a list of related projects see Attendees and Software Tables.md

  1. An outline for a potential separate document / manuscript (Best Practices for Ecological Computing) deleted outline in 7dd02dfc3bbd8d52225fa06b999d1385173a2267; much of what was said was implemented in separate publication (kudos @mbjones et al): https://peerj.com/preprints/549v1/
  2. Additional meeting notes that have not been parsed. useful text removed, remaining unparsed meeting notes in renaming_unparsed_meeting_notes.md and removed from outline b39ce0281268a865b8e175ed0e8ecbe48e0b37c5

Please read through these, identify what can be deleted, moved, or integrated into the current outline.
