Add Option to ignore locked databases

Hi there.
I am aware that KeeAgent requesting a database to be unlocked is a feature and that is totally fine in a single database environment.
But as I typically use multiple databases and have some of them locked, while the relevant ones are unlocked, this is bothering me.

So I propose that you add an option for that behavior.
In the simplest case the options would be these:

Should KeeAgent request to unlock locked databases?

• Yes
• No

A more advanced set of options would be these:

Should KeeAgent request to unlock locked databases?

• Yes
• Yes but only ask once
• Only if a single database is open
• Only for databases known to contain KeeAgent keys
• No

A few notes on some of the options:

• Second option, I mean that when I click to cancel unlocking it, that it won't ask again for x amount of time. It happended to me that when uploading something with FileZilla it would ask me every time for around 200 files to upload. And I could do nothing to stop this, as the windows popped up too fast for me to do anything else.
• Third option. I mean when there are no tabs visible (so you're only using one database) and it's locked that you get asked to unlock it

I just found the basic option for that. So maybe adding the other options as well would be nice to have.
