I noticed that if the main KeePass window is set to always be on top (View --> Always on Top), then when you click on the "Manage Key FIles..." button from the "KeeAgent" tab for an entry, the "Manage Private Key File" window that pops up is actually hidden behind both the main KeePass database window as well as the "Edit Entry" window and it is impossible to close it.
If the "Edit Entry" window is positioned on top of the main KeePass window and then the user clicks on the "Manage Key Files..." button, the "Manage Private Key File" window is completely hidden when it opens and the only way to fix the situation is to kill the KeePass process.
If the "Edit Entry" window is first moved away from the KeePass window before clicking on the "Mange Key FIles...", the Manage Private Key File" window still pops up behind the "Edit Entry" window but you can still just see enough of the window to click on "X" and close it. Don't need to kill the KeePass process in this case.
