Wow this is really great, thanks for your contribution!
I noticed only one small problem: the Skype dependency couldn't be resolved when I tried to install the package. This probably happens when you didn't install Skype via Chocolatey.

For now I have removed that dependency. Without it, everything works flawlessly.

SUP (and all its subsequent versions) will be available at https://chocolatey.org/packages/skype-utility-project/ as soon as it has been approved by their moderators.

Good point on the dependency. Without it, it could be worth testing both Registry paths. I think if that's the case it will error (which is good) but it will probably be a null reference instead of something more meaningful.
