GlobalProtect portal→gateway not working #1

If the GlobalProtect portal redirects to a different gateway server, ics-openconnect doesn't follow this redirect correctly.

This is known to work correct in OpenConnect v8.02 on desktop Linux.

Can't reproduce any more.
