I'm also a :question: on this one. I think one of them bought the other, or rebranded, or whatever… but I'm not sure.

Right, with your help I was able to find: SonicWall Announces Spin Out from Dell Software Group – Focused on Solving Next Generation of Cybersecurity Threats Facing Companies

It looks like SonicWall used to be Dell before 2016. It doesn't make sense to speak of Dell VPNs any more.
