Add get_column_names() to lookup column names in dictionary
Refactor functions in convert_to_sf.R, remove lots of duplicated code, especially duplicated functions: pumps_to_sf(), weirs_to_sf(), orifices_to_sf()!
Move all functions related to SWMM's data model (section names, column names, default values, ...) in data-model.R
Reorganise scripts, e.g. move section_to_tbl() to its own file section_to_tbl.R.
Start section in inst/extdata/scripts/provide-data.R to merge model data tables. The idea is to remove redundancies.
