Fix CRAN Issues? #110

Hi, will someone correct the issues (https://cran-archive.r-project.org/web/checks/2023/2023-03-16_check_results_swmmr.html) that CRAN has with the package to remove it from the current archived state (https://cloud.r-project.org/web/packages/swmmr/)?

Hi @iembry, my professional focus has changed since the last CRAN update und thus I won`t be able to maintain a CRAN version of {swmmr}. Maybe someone is interested to administrate the repository and eventually feed the CRAN servers? ping @hsonne @maltehenrichs
