@dleutnant asked me to help him out maintaining this repo. I found this branch gis-dictionary-fix made by you and asked myself if I should merge it to dev, which I (re-)opened, based on the master branch.
To me, this looks ok, especially since column org_swmm where you replaced some spaces with underscores seems to be never used.
