[RFE] "Start game" feature #12

I asked Handelabra whether they would offer a provider to start a game. It would be nice to implement support for it here if they do so. Androminion and some shufflers do this for Dominion.

I'm closing this until there's actually support for it in the official app.

FWIW, here was support's response:

Interesting idea about the provider service. We'll take a look into that for a future update.
