@micheldumontier @raymondino Hi we have decided to import drugbank (and later other bio2rdf content) directly into a NEW triplestore. Jim Mcc- you used bigdata triplestore rather than virtuoso. Should we do that again with the new triplestore? Michel uses virtuoso.

The main reason for using Bigdata was that it was much better at loading TRIG. If we convert to N-quads, that might not be as much of an issue. But I banged my head on virtuoso for a week before switching.

i've never had problems loading with n-quads.
