Hi Jeff, I hope you're doing well. When a county downloads a report and selects one IPA and "measures" it's generating a blank report in excel. I'm including screenshots below. Please advise. Thanks! Nick

This is just when selected strategies are chosen. When All strategies are selected, strategies only download works.

I've duplicated the error and it appears that the browser is trying to read an XML file rather than the CSV file. Will research further.

I did but this looks to be browser dependent. I will validate this week.
