Hi Emila:

For the first issue with demographics, can you try clearing the erroneous data and entering corrected data, or just leaving it blank?

Yes we did this during our coaching meeting with Nick. It doesn’t matter what you do, it will come back with the extra characters.

For the second problem, for each strategy you can have multiple measures. You can SPEFICY the baseline value and reporting period for each Measure. And then MONITORING data for the Measure follows.

The issue here we CANNOT specify the reporting period for each measure. You can modify or have different baseline value but not different reporting period.

If you want meet with me, maybe we can try to fix together. I am curious to see what you are experiencing first hand.

Or you can wait until Monday and work through this with Nick or Donrie. Please wait for Nick he knows about the issue as I demoed to him

Best, David

Hi Jeff:

First, I have had a super busy week, so If I have missed replying to any of your inquiries, deep apologies.

I am adding you to this issue because the matter of adding and saving measure-specific summary data (gender, race, age group), I have noticed the same thing that Emilia discusses here.

It think it is a problem related to either specification or list options set up.

Best, David

Hi Everyone, I wanted to circle back to this bug. @jbazinet1111 It appears as if when entering demographics, users continue to get A)Female self generated in the textbox for Female, :: for NR (Gender), and : for NR (Age Group). Did you have a chance to take a look at this further? Thanks! Nick

Hi Nick:

I have observed this in the Tracker Downloads, too.

DUI 2021-10-28 ALL COMMUNITIES formulas .xlsx

See Measures in the this file, and filter by demo variables. There may be a similar problem for Medication type.

Also, Jeff, I am not sure how to easily parse the data in the demo fields, so that we can analyze it.

@jbazinet1111 Just touching on this again. How data is being stored for demographic summary info and medication info is the issue. I realize that the system is storing the data as a string of information, not individual data elements. Am I correct? We may need to restructure how data is stored. Thoughts?

This issue has been resolved. I've checked Suffolk's demographics and attempted to add new demographics in practiceCO. All worked properly. I'll reach out to Emilia and team to let them know:
