What is the current behavior?

When Github workflows were updated, actions/-artifact was set to v4, which was incompatible with the current workflow structure because artifacts are now scoped to jobs.

What is the new behavior?

Use actions/-artifact@v3 again.

Also a new prerelease 12.0.1-next.0 was created to provide the fix for @dlr-eoc/core-ui schematics https://github.com/dlr-eoc/ukis-frontend-libraries/pull/211.
