Update the pipeline to version 1.4.0

• [x] remove .exp and .ilk from artifacts
• [x] add unstable build and test jobs
• [x] adjust the dependencies of the new jobs
• [x] use groupe varialbes DEVTOOLS_Win_Stable/DEVTOOLS_Win_Unstable and DEVTOOLS_Linux_Stable/DEVTOOLS_Linux_Unstable
• [x] check pipeline variables defined in GitLab settings
• [x] comment out the variables defined in the .gitlab-ci.yml (except PIPELINEVERSION)
• [x] update pipeline version number in the header and the PIPELINEVERSION variable
• [x] add the new collection paths to gitlab_pipeline_local_settings.pri if necessary
