• [x] Update .gitlab-ci.yml
• [x] Add submodule GitLab-Pipeline-Scripts to ./tests/pipeline-scripts
• [x] Check if the scripts in ./tests/build and ./tests/unittests are still needed. If not, delete them.
• [x] Add package_template.xml to ./features
• [ ] Full pipeline test - add the name of the branch to STABLE_BRANCHES and check if everything works fine
