Get rid of all "QsLog" stuff and rename it to gt::logging #30

Our logger has evolved and divereg quite a lot from qslog... Hence, we should rename this now.

As we have our upcoming DP6 release, this is the perfect oppurtunity to integrate these API changes NOW!

created branch 30-get-rid-of-all-qslog-stuff-and-rename-it-to-gt-logging to address this issue
