Update Readme #45

The Readme file is no longer up to data. E.g.

removing a destination by ptr does not longer work
hasDestinationOfType no longer exists
there are no details about the verbosity levels
remove the following parts:
- ... one may include gt_logging/qt_bindings.h ~after gt_logging.h~
- ... or by including gt_logging/stl_bindings.h ~after gt_logging.h~
