Add new deployment.pri

What is the purpose of the change?

• The functions for copying the header and binary files are moved to the deployment.pri file. This brings more clarity to the settings. pri.

Which tasks have to be performed?

• [x] create the deployment.pri
• [x] move the copy functions to the deployment.pri
• [x] include the deployment.pri in the settings.pri
• [x] adjust the calls of the copy functions in src.pro

Are there any acceptance criteria to check?

• [ ] ...
