_Merges CMakesupport -> master

This MR includes adds

• support for bump2version
• Cmake build scripts
• Removed qmake build scripts
• CI adaptations to build with cmake
• A cmake config for the installed library
• Conan package
• Install the conan packages on tagged commits to https://gitlab.dlr.de/gtlab-installer/thirdpartylibs-conan/-/packages

This MR also serves as a template for other CMake based builds

@mariusalexander Would you please review this. If this MR is through, we can create a new patch release, such that all cmake config files will be deployed and usable by gtlab core.

He was added months ago. But this MR is a bit older, therefore he was not included here by default. This won't happen the anymore
