[CHANGE] - Refactor Multi-Project code #1197

Summary

Since the multi project code is a buggy remnant, we should completely remove it from the API. This includes

Make Session only a Collection of Projects. Remove all other functionality like load /save.
Make DataModel handle only 1 project
remove of gtApp->currentProject()
remove SwitchProject
Disable opening other projects while the current is running (c.f. https://github.com/dlr-gtlab/gtlab-core/issues/1196)
etc-
