[TODO] - Move Module Documentation from Wiki to Developer Documentation #1285

Summary

Many of the GTlab interface are already in our internal wiki.

In this task, the module documentation should

[ ] be moved from https://wiki.dlr.de/display/GTLAB/Structure+of+a+GTlab+module.
[ ] the links in gt_moduleinterface.h need to be adapted to point to the new docu

It is not clear to me where to move the module documentation. Should we remove the duplicate documentation ? Can you point this out to me @rainman110 ?
