When upgrading a project-backup is created. However, when restoring the backup, the project is not recognized as outdated and can be opened without triggering another upgrade routine. Only after restarting GTlab the restored project is recognized as outdated once again.
Expected Behaviour
Once a backup from an outdated project is restored, the project should be marked as outdated.
Reproduction steps
1. Update outdated project
2. Restore most recent backup from project -> the project is not marked as outdated
3. Restart GTlab -> the project is outdated
