Software publication requirements #1

I looked through your OS Publication and there are some minor things to fix before release:

  • [x] missing exact revision for examination in form, it is sufficient if you mail me the exact revision to review, then I will add it to the form
  • [x] missing export control clearance, we talked about this, just mail me the info when it comes in
  • [x] missing CLA, you have the DLR template for CLAs?
  • [x] missing contact information in readme, just add your email
  • [x] add dedicated driver file, the scripts are hard to read with the markdown comments and a dedicated driver file would make it more easy to understand how to use the software in case of the extract-cco
  • [x] the feature list seems to be the example from the wiki and does not reflect the state of the software
  • [x] the data in the src folder needs some license added to it
